New special... coming soon!! I've always loved salad nicoise.. to me, a salad nicoise is lettuce, boiled potatoes, steamed green beans, egg, tuna, capers, and a citrusy dressing. It's not the traditional version but its super refreshing - filing, yet light on a hot day. I decided to omit the potatoes and turn it into a wonderful pasta salad. Lettuce, bowtie pasta, tuna, egg, capsicum, and capers with a drizzle of balsamic and cracked black pepper.. sooo delicious! Keep your eyes peeled for
